At LMS, our staff continuously strives to ensure all students are properly prepared to be successful in an ever-changing world. LMS has long been considered a school of excellence and we take pride in not only continuing that tradition but also improving upon its already impressive reputation. I look forward to the challenges and achievements a new school year brings and seeing just far our students can go. I would encourage students and parents to plug in and get involved to ensure their time spent at LMS is maximized to the fullest potential. Jessica Beer

I am honored to introduce myself as the new 7th Grade Assistant Principal at Loganville Middle School! With over 13 years of experience in education, I am thrilled to join a community that is deeply committed to student success and growth. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as a high school history teacher, a curriculum administrator, and most recently, a district instructional coach. These roles have strengthened my passion for curriculum design, instructional leadership, and supporting teachers in their mission to increase student achievement.

At LMS, my goal is to ensure that every student feels seen, supported, and empowered. I believe in teaching the whole child—nurturing both academic growth and emotional well-being. I am especially excited to mentor our students during these pivotal middle school years, helping them build confidence, character, and connections.

Loganville Middle is a special place filled with passionate educators and dedicated staff, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside such an incredible team. I can’t wait to get started and build strong relationships with our students, families, and community.

Jason Conner

I am blessed to serve as your new 8th Grade Assistant Principal. After spending the past 15 years at the high school level, I am especially excited to return to the middle school level, where my career first began, and I look forward to becoming part of the strong culture and tradition of excellence at Loganville Middle School. For the past 9 years, I have served at Monroe Area High School as a teacher, varsity football offensive coordinator, technology instructional specialist, and most recently, for the past 3 years, as an Assistant Principal. During that time, I gained experience in areas such as master scheduling, special education, CTAE leadership, professional development, instructional leadership, and school discipline. 

Prior to Monroe, I served in Gwinnett County Public Schools at Duluth High School and Collins Hill High School as a teacher and football coach. After graduating from University of Georgia, I began my educational career at Jefferson Middle School as a 6th grade ELA and Social Studies teacher and varsity football coach. Along the way, I also became a published author of multiple social studies textbooks and contributed to the development of instructional resources for the Georgia Department of Education’s State Longitudinal Data System. I hope to continue the long standing academic excellence and community pride as a leader of 8th Grade.
